Does my foundation qualify for a free account?

Every public utility foundation qualifies for a free Informer account and an Informer Money account with no fixed costs. We check whether your foundation actually holds that status within 1 to 3 working days of your application.

Which package do I get for free?

You get the Solo package worth €9 per month free of charge, or that same amount as a discount on a larger package. With an Informer Money account we cover the fixed monthly cost as well. See all packages.

Can I apply while my registration is still pending?

We recommend waiting until you officially hold the status. Only then can we offer you a free package.

How long does it take to process my application?

We normally handle applications within 1 to 3 working days.

Is this a temporary offer or free forever?

Your Solo package really is free forever, no matter how large you or we become.
