Do I have to send e-invoices already if I have just started?
As soon as you are registered for VAT, yes. The obligation has applied since 1 January 2026 between VAT-registered businesses, however new or small you are. Invoices to private customers can still be a PDF.
Can I give my adviser or investors access?
Your financial adviser gets free access to your documents. We advise against sharing access with investors: download financial reports to share instead.
What does it cost when my team grows?
An extra employee costs €5 per month on the Business package. You add team members when you need them and take them off again just as easily.
Do I need to be technical to use Informer?

How do I know my invoice meets the law?
Informer builds your invoice to the Belgian rules and sends it as a Peppol e-invoice. You enter your details and house style once, and every invoice after that is correct.
Do I have to send private customers an e-invoice too?
No. The obligation applies between VAT-registered businesses. For a private customer a PDF is enough. Informer sends both from the same place.
How do I give my accountant access to my documents?
You grant your accountant free access from your dashboard: enter their email address and send the invitation. Share this page with your accountant.
Can team members each log in with their own permissions?
Yes. Every team member gets their own credentials and exactly the permissions their role needs, so you work together without opening everything to everyone.
Can I keep several companies separate?
Yes. Each company gets its own set of books. You can add extra sets from the Business package onwards. See what each package includes.
Does Informer work with my current accounting setup?
