Do I have to send e-invoices already if I have just started?
Being able to receive applies immediately: that has held for every business since 1 January 2025. Sending starts on 1 January 2028, or already in 2027 if your turnover is above €800.000.
What does it cost when my team grows?
An extra employee costs €5 per month on the Business package. You add team members when you need them and take them off again just as easily.
Can I give my investors or advisers access?
Your financial adviser can access your records free of charge. Additional users are possible for a fixed monthly fee. Giving investors direct access is not advisable, though. Simply download financial reports and share those instead.
Is Informer easy to set up, even if I am not technical?

How do I know my invoice meets the law?
Informer builds your invoice to the rules and sends it in a structured format. You enter your details and house style once, and every invoice after that is correct.
Do I have to send private customers an e-invoice too?
No. The obligation covers domestic B2B invoices between businesses. Private customers still get a PDF. Informer sends both from the same place.
How do I give my accountant access to my records?
You can give your accountant free access from your dashboard. Just enter their email address and send the invitation. Share this page with your accountant.
Can team members each log in with their own permissions?
Yes. Every team member gets their own credentials and exactly the permissions their role needs, so you work together without opening everything to everyone.
Can I keep several companies separate?
