Is Informer really free until 2029?
Yes. Until 1 January 2029 you pay nothing, with no card details and no hidden costs. After that, our monthly rates start at €9.
What does Fair Use mean?
Fair Use is about Scan and Recognise: reading receipts and purchase invoices automatically. Every paid package includes 50 scans a month. Scan more than that and you pay €0,15 per extra scan.
Can I cancel at any time?
Of course. If Informer is not for you, you can cancel monthly, completely free and without complication. You can keep your data afterwards for a small monthly fee, so you stay within the statutory retention periods.
Are there hidden costs?
No. What the package says is what you pay. Add-on modules and usage above the package volume are listed separately in the comparison table, before you switch them on.
