How much does Informer cost from 1 January 2029?
Informer stays entirely free until 1 January 2029. After that you pay a fixed monthly rate starting at €9. No hidden costs, no surprises, and you can cancel at any time. See the full comparison.
What happens to my data if I stop?
You cancel monthly, without hassle. After that you keep your administration for a small monthly fee, so you stay within the statutory retention period of 10 years.
What does Fair Use mean?
Fair Use is about Scan and Recognise: reading receipts and purchase invoices automatically. Every paid package includes 50 scans a month. Scan more than that and you pay €0,15 per extra scan.
Is invoicing software really 120 % deductible?
Yes. Until 31 December 2027, the self-employed and small businesses can deduct the cost of e-invoicing software at 120 %. At Informer you do not even need it: until 1 January 2029 you pay nothing.
