What does Informer cost?
Free E-invoicing costs nothing. Business Essentials costs €15 per user per month, excl. VAT, with every app included. Extra user €15, light user €5 and extra administration €15, Business Essentials only. See the comparison.
What is in Free E-invoicing?
Everything the law asks: create, send and receive e-invoices via Peppol. Plus working with your accountant, connecting your accounting software, the receipts app, relationship management and reports. Purchase invoices and Scan and Recognise belong to Business Essentials.
What is in Business Essentials?
Everything in Free E-invoicing, plus purchase invoices, quotes, subscriptions, Scan and Recognise (50 a month free), the smart AI mailbox, a free bank connection, reminders, foreign currency and an API. And every app at no extra cost, from Informer AI to leave.
What is a light user?
A light user is a colleague with their own login who only requests leave, submits expenses and records hours. A light user costs €5 per month, a user with full access €15. Both are only available together with Business Essentials.
Can I go back from Business Essentials to Free E-invoicing?
Once you have created purchase invoices or quotes, going back to Free E-invoicing is no longer possible. So choose deliberately when you move to Business Essentials.
Is invoicing software really 120 % deductible?
Yes. Until 31 December 2027, the self-employed and small businesses can deduct the cost of e-invoicing software at 120 %. If you work with Business Essentials at €15 per month, you benefit from that deduction.
