Do I have to send e-invoices already if I have just started?
Towards federal bodies yes, over USP and Peppol since 2014. Austria has no general B2B obligation. The EU obligation for cross-border B2B follows on 1 July 2030.
What does it cost when my team grows?
An extra employee costs €5 per month on the Business package. You add team members when you need them and take them off again just as easily.
Can I give my investors or advisers access?
Your financial adviser can access your records free of charge. Additional users are possible for a fixed monthly fee. Giving investors direct access is not advisable, though. Simply download financial reports and share those instead.
Is Informer easy to set up, even if I am not technical?

How do I know my invoice meets the law?

Do I have to send private customers an e-invoice too?
No. In Austria the obligation only applies towards federal bodies. Private customers get a PDF. Informer sends both from the same place.
How do I give my accountant access to my records?
