Who qualifies for a free Informer account?
Every officially recognised public benefit organisation qualifies for a free Informer account and an Informer Money account with no fixed costs. We check the status within 1 to 3 working days.
What package do I get for free?
You can use the Solo package, valued at €9 per month, for free. In addition, the fixed monthly fee of €9 for Informer Money is on us when you also open a business account. Variable fees are still charged. See all packages.
Can I apply if I'm still awaiting a PBO status?
To approve your application we need proof of your PBO status, so we recommend waiting until your nonprofit is officially certified.
How long does it take to get approved?
When you submit your application on a weekday, approval usually takes between one and three working days. Please make sure everything is filled out properly.
Is this a temporary offer or does it stay free forever?
This is not a temporary promotion. As long as you are a PBO-certified nonprofit, you will not be charged for Informer, nor the fixed monthly fee for Informer Money, no matter how big either of us becomes.
What happens if I lose my PBO status?
If your PBO status expires, your account won't. You can continue to use both solutions at the standard rates.
