Privacy Statements
General Data Protection Regulation
Informer Invoicing acts in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In addition to the personal data known to Informer Invoicing, the company data of its business relations known to Informer Invoicing are also processed in accordance with the same strict rules.
  • Data that Informer Invoicing collects about its business relations (such as name and address details) are used exclusively for the purpose of providing services to those relations.
  • Data is never used for other purposes nor made available to third parties.
  • Information entered by lawful users of Informer Invoicing is and remains, under all circumstances, the property of those users.
  • Support employees of Informer Invoicing may, when supporting users, only obtain access to a user’s accounting records if that user has “opened” the accounting records for that purpose and has thereby formally granted permission for access. This “opening” is offered as a standard setting for new accounting records. If the user does not wish this, the accounting records can be “closed” again at any time.
  • Users and business relations may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting the Informer Invoicing helpdesk. Our team will assist within the applicable privacy legislation. Certain data can only be deleted insofar as this is compatible with our statutory retention obligations and the proper performance of ongoing agreements.
Recording and processing of data
We retain and use only those personal data that are provided directly by you or that are clearly intended for our use at the time they are provided to us. Data that is no longer necessary is deleted. You may also request access to, modification of, or deletion of data yourself. For this purpose, see the contact details at the bottom of this statement.

We will not provide your personal data to third parties, unless this is necessary in the context of an agreement you enter into with us or where this is required by law.
E-mail and newsletter
If you complete a contact or registration form on the website, or send us an e-mail, the data you provide to us will be retained for as long as is necessary, given the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail, for the complete handling and response thereof.

We use your data to inform you by means of newsletters about relevant developments in the market and to make you offers for related products and services. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe option with which you can stop further mailings. You can also indicate via your account which newsletters you do and do not wish to receive. The newsletter subscription database is not provided to third parties nor made available for use by third parties.
Click behaviour and visit data
General visit data is recorded on the website. In particular the IP address of your computer, any username, the time of the request, and data sent by the browser of a visitor may be recorded and used for statistical analyses of visit and click behaviour on the website. We endeavour to anonymise these data as much as possible. This data is not provided to third parties.
Use of cookies
We use cookies when providing our services. A cookie is a simple small file that is sent along with pages of this website and stored by your browser on the hard drive of your computer. This enables us, among other things, to combine different requests for pages of the website and to analyse user behaviour. You may refuse the use of these cookies, although this may limit the functionality and ease of use of the website.

After logging in with your username and password, our website sends you a cookie in order to recognise you for the remainder of a session. By means of this cookie, we can track which pages you request. We may use this information to show you suitable products and to optimise the website for your wishes and preferences.

This statement does not apply to websites of third parties that are connected to this website by means of links. We cannot guarantee that these third parties handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner. We recommend that you read the privacy statement of these websites before making use of them.
Amendments to the privacy statement
We reserve the right to make amendments to this statement. It is recommended that you consult this statement regularly so that you are aware of any changes.
