Do the e-invoicing rules already apply to me?
That depends on where you are registered. In Germany, Belgium and France the receiving duty is already in force; sending is being phased in. Informer sends in the right format from day one.
What does it cost when my team grows?
An extra employee costs €5 per month on the Business package. You add team members when you need them and take them off again just as easily.
Can I share access with my investors or advisors?
Your financial advisor can get free access to your documents. More users can be created, but sharing direct access with investors is not recommended. You can easily download financial overviews to share instead.
Do I have to be tech-savvy to use Informer?
Not at all. The interface is built for ease of use, even if you have no clue about invoicing regulations or finances. And we can always help you get started in a personal onboarding call.
How do I know my invoice meets the law?
Informer builds your invoice in the structured format your country expects and sends it over the right channel. You enter your details once, and every invoice after that is correct.
Do I have to send private customers an e-invoice too?
Generally not. The obligations cover business-to-business invoicing. Private customers still get a PDF. Informer sends both from the same place.
How do I grant my accountant access to my documents?
Give your bookkeeper or accountant free access to your account directly from your dashboard. Just enter their email address and send the invite. Share this page with your accountant.
Can team members each log in with their own permissions?
Yes. Every team member gets their own credentials and exactly the permissions their role needs, so you work together without opening everything to everyone.
