Am I required to receive purchase invoices via Peppol?
Yes. Since 1 January 2026, B2B invoices between VAT-registered businesses in Belgium run over Peppol, both sending and receiving. With Informer receiving is arranged for free. All about sending e-invoices.
What happens with invoices that do not arrive via Peppol?
Just as easy: forward PDFs by email or upload them yourself. OCR extracts the data and the booking suggestion is ready.
Can I import old purchase invoices too?
Of course. You can always upload purchase invoices retrospectively. Invoices from the same year go into the purchase ledger; older ones are better uploaded to the archive.
Can I receive international purchase invoices too?
Yes. Informer processes purchase invoices in multiple languages and currencies, so your foreign suppliers land neatly in your books too.
